Your Role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is pivotal in spearheading comprehensive recruitment initiatives across designated business units. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract, evaluate, and secure elite talent that aligns with AbbVie’s core values, compliance standards, and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a data-driven mindset, exceptional collaborative abilities, and experience in recruiting within regulated or intricate corporate settings.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial intake to offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ascertain talent requirements, workforce planning, and sourcing strategies.
- Creating proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines.
- Ensuring an exemplary candidate experience that reflects AbbVie’s employer brand.
- Conducting behavioral-based interviews and managing assessment processes.
- Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring metrics, and funnel conversion rates.
- Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing practices.
- Partnering with HR, Compensation, and Hiring Leaders regarding offer strategies and negotiations.
- Maintaining precise documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
