Join the Inetum recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (H/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).
As a true Business Partner, your role extends beyond traditional recruiting tasks: you will be the gateway to the company, embodying its values while being responsible for identifying the most suitable candidates. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with a network of recruiters located across France (taskforces, workshops, etc.).
Reporting to Charlotte, the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Grand Sud region, you'll join a dynamic team that is ready to support you daily!
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement the recruitment strategy collaboratively with your team, in connection with commercial and technical departments.
- Be a source of innovation and suggestions for our sourcing strategy across various channels (CV databases, social networks, etc.).
- Participate in the full recruitment process from need assessment, job description writing, job posting, sourcing, conducting interviews, to onboarding new hires.
- Manage candidate follow-ups: interview feedback via our ATS SmartRecruiters, debriefing with hiring managers, candidate returns, closing, and talent pool management.
- Contribute to the development of the employer brand.
- Provide weekly reports to your manager.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events (recruitment afterworks, onboarding sessions, job fairs).
- Develop and nurture relationships with educational institutions.
