About the Role
As EliseAI continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and EliseAI leadership to attract top-tier talent. You will oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, bringing innovative sourcing methods and outreach strategies to the table, particularly for SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all facets of the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering with hiring managers and company leadership.
Foster relationships with leaders across the organization to grasp their hiring goals and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Develop a robust pipeline of candidates by employing diverse sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other innovative strategies, while keeping abreast of hiring market trends.
Screen, assess, and evaluate both passive and active candidates to ensure the selection of high-quality talent.
