As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will spearhead the recruitment process across various departments within our organization.
This role is not merely about filling positions; you will serve as a strategic partner, leveraging talent market insights and engaging with candidates to guide leadership and influence hiring strategies. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers, you will ensure alignment with our business objectives while autonomously advancing recruitment initiatives.
Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing our recruitment function, participating in projects related to employer branding, early career programs, and optimizing our recruitment systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle across various roles and departments from job intake to offer acceptance and hiring.
- Lead or engage in recruitment projects, utilizing your program management expertise to create impactful results.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to formulate and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by translating market insights and candidate feedback into actionable hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs across various functions.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, facilitating a smooth, transparent, and professional recruitment process.
- Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment procedures, including employer branding initiatives like early career and graduate programs.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of recruitment infrastructure, including onboarding and ATS systems.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and boost effectiveness.
