About the Role
Grüns is on the lookout for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As we expand our reach, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting outstanding talent. This position reports directly to the Senior Recruiter and collaborates closely with hiring managers across various departments to cultivate high-performing teams. We prioritize efficiency without sacrificing our high hiring standards, ensuring we secure the best talent in the industry to uphold and enhance our vibrant culture.
In this position, you will serve as an essential ambassador for Grüns in the talent marketplace. You will represent our brand to candidates with genuine enthusiasm and clarity, effectively communicating our mission and vision.
This position is fully remote! We foster a high-trust work environment and gather quarterly for exciting off-site events to connect in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting cycle for designated roles across various functions, from initial intake to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define the attributes of “best-in-industry” candidates, aligning on level, competencies, and success metrics.
- Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to proactively engage top-tier talent.
- Represent Grüns in the marketplace with authenticity and enthusiasm, articulating our mission, culture, and growth trajectory.
- Maintain urgency in every search while upholding quality and alignment.
- Ensure a high-touch, transparent candidate experience from initial outreach through to closing.
- Monitor pipeline health, hiring metrics, and time-to-fill, utilizing data to refine processes and prioritize effectively.
- Maintain Greenhouse with exceptional data accuracy and process adherence.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with onboarding and cross-functional People initiatives as necessary.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in eCommerce or fast-paced environments.
