Your Role
As we experience rapid growth, doubling in size over the past four years across more than 30 locations, we are eager to expand our talented team. We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in our ambitious goal to scale operations over the next four years, particularly focusing on enhancing our Sales & Marketing, G&A, and Engineering departments in the EMEA and Americas regions.
Our recruitment strategy emphasizes quality assessment and attracting premier talent. You will have the opportunity to innovate, refine processes, and establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted partner and advisor. You will receive support from a team of specialists in sourcing, TA marketing, and TA enablement, alongside access to leading recruitment tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Metaview, Monday, and Calendly) to ensure efficient, swift, and high-quality hiring.
This position is fully remote within Ukraine, offering a flexible schedule.
Your Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end global hiring initiatives as a TA Specialist and project manager.
Collaborate to design the assessment process as required: scorecards, interview strategies, and evaluation tools.
Track and maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality indicators) and leverage insights to enhance results.
Work closely with the sourcing team to cultivate strong candidate pipelines and proactively engage top talent.
