As a Talent Business Partner at Roblox, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be a strategic advisor and collaborator with hiring leaders across Roblox’s Design & Creative teams. Your role transcends mere recruitment; you will act as an embedded consultant, understanding the nuances of craft, portfolio excellence, and creative storytelling. You will architect the candidate journey, ensuring each designer and creative experiences a hiring process as deliberate and thoughtful as the products they create. By sourcing and securing top-tier talent across disciplines such as Product Design, Brand Creative, and UX, you will directly shape Roblox's aesthetic and the user experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions within our Design and Brand Creative teams, managing everything from initial strategy meetings to final offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and the broader Design & Creative talent team to implement effective and thoughtful hiring strategies that facilitate accurate evaluation of top talent.
- Identify and engage passive talent through innovative outreach, networking, and a deep involvement in the global Design & Creative communities.
- Critically assess creative portfolios, identifying high-quality work that aligns with our brand standards and technical requirements.
- Provide insights on market trends, equipping hiring managers with data-driven insights regarding the competitive landscape for creative talent.
- Enhance the candidate experience, serving as a representative of our inclusive and innovative culture.
