Position Overview:

This program is designed to foster your professional development and facilitate valuable networking opportunities within the Crusoe community and beyond.
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will conceptualize and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing our global L&D experience while acquiring hands-on experience managing a top-tier program.
You will not merely observe; you will become an integral part of the global onboarding team, balancing strategic planning with operational execution, collaborating with leaders, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to spearhead targeted initiatives.
This 12-week in-person internship will be hosted at our Denver office, with most events and programming occurring in San Francisco.
