Internship Overview
The Talent Development and Employee Experience (TD&E) team is committed to nurturing a culture of engagement, performance, recognition, and ongoing development at Okta. As part of the Talent Management team, you will support leaders in talent assessment, performance evaluation, and team development. This role will involve contributing to key projects and programs across the broader TD&E organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Talent Initiatives: Lead impactful projects focused on AI integration and employee development.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to evaluate the success of talent management strategies and support strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and document opportunities to utilize AI for enhancing HR workflows and overall program efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with TD&E team members, fostering a high-performing and engaging environment, while participating in various talent development programs.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, with an expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Management areas such as development, career progression, and performance.
- Experience with analytical tools or data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
