ennovationHUB AI is a dynamic and rapidly expanding international e-commerce group dedicated to crafting innovative furniture brands across diverse markets including the UK, US, EU, and APAC. With a current team of around 60, we are excited to scale to approximately 100 talented colleagues within the next 18 months.
To facilitate our ambitious growth plans, we are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Partner / In-house Recruiter who can adeptly manage recruitment across various locations and not just locally.
Your Role
In this role, you will spend roughly 70% of your time focused on recruitment and 30% on enhancing hiring operations—perfect for individuals who relish both the recruitment process and building efficient systems around it.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
• Oversee end-to-end hiring processes across various departments and functions.
• Efficiently source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Manage interview coordination and ensure effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring requirements.
• Maintain high momentum throughout the hiring process to expedite decision-making.
Hiring Operations & Improvements (30%)
• Enhance hiring templates and processes, including job advertisements, scorecards, and interview flows.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and transition of hiring responsibilities.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and timelines to ensure alignment with hiring goals.
• Contribute to strengthening internal hiring standards and consistency as we scale.
International Hiring Scope
• Recruit talent across multiple locations, including London, Belgrade, Barcelona, and other remote or overseas markets.
• Coordinate interviews across various time zones to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
