ennovationHUB AI is an emerging leader in the international ecommerce sector, specializing in the development of innovative furniture brands across the UK, US, EU, and APAC regions. With a current team of around 60 talented individuals, we are poised to expand to approximately 100 members in the next 18 months.
To facilitate our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Partner / In-house Recruiter. This role is crucial in sourcing and onboarding exceptional talent across various locations, not limited to our local market.
Your Responsibilities:
This position comprises approximately 70% recruitment activities and 30% hiring operations and improvements, perfectly suited for someone who thrives in both hiring initiatives and enhancing recruitment structures.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
• Manage the complete hiring process across multiple departments and functions.
• Efficiently source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Facilitate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for essential roles.
• Maintain high momentum in the hiring process to expedite decision-making.
Hiring Operations & Improvements (30%)
• Enhance hiring templates and structures including job advertisements, scorecards, and interview processes.
• Assist in onboarding coordination and facilitate hiring transitions.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and timelines to ensure alignment with hiring objectives.
• Strengthen internal hiring standards as our team expands.
International Hiring Scope
• Recruit talent across various locations including London, Belgrade, Barcelona, and remote markets.
• Coordinate interviews across different time zones to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
