Job Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team on an initial 12-month contract. As we experience rapid growth in our Engineering, Product, and Marketing departments, we need an enthusiastic collaborator to help us attract and secure top-tier talent for Flo.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Engineering, Product, or Marketing recruitment/sourcing.
- Proficient with technology and possess a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- A keen eye for talent with the ability to efficiently screen resumes.
- A solid passion for technology along with in-depth industry knowledge to comprehend relevant skills, companies, open-source communities, and conferences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a resourceful, self-motivated attitude.
- Outstanding research and sourcing abilities with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and job posting platforms.
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive disposition.
Your Responsibilities:
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and their broader impact on the company and product.
- Utilize various tools including search engines, job boards, open-source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to source, screen, and qualify passive candidates.
- Assist talent partners in reviewing incoming applications and coordinating interviews.
- Stay updated on tech trends and industry news to serve as our competitive intelligence expert.
- Monitor metrics and pipeline activities, prepare reports, and contribute to marketing insights.
