Your Team:
The Office of Development spearheads the implementation of the Mayor’s Housing Plan with the ambitious goal of creating or preserving 300,000 units of affordable housing by 2026. This critical work requires collaboration with HPD colleagues, various City and state agencies, and the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

Under the oversight of the Director for TCDE, you will engage in complex technical, administrative, and analytical tasks associated with tax credits and discretionary tax benefit programs. Your expertise will help shape effective strategies to address housing needs across the city.
