Job Title: Team and Project Coordinator - Corporate Security (Inside IR35)
Location: London / Hybrid
Duration: 12 months - Day Rate
Engagement Method: Umbrella/PAYE - This role is assessed as Inside IR35, with payments processed via PAYE or an umbrella company through our third-party partner.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Coordinator / Project Manager to assist the Corporate Security function in executing vital projects and operational initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience with cross-functional workstreams, structured project delivery, and engagement with senior stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys providing clarity and structure to complex tasks, and seeks to establish a solid foundation in project management within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver support across Corporate Security projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist the Program Manager and Security leads with project planning, framework updates, and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and timelines, ensuring visibility of progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Manage and update tasks in Wrike or similar project management tools, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability.
- Create, edit, and maintain SOPs, frameworks, and operational documentation to drive consistency and clarity within the team.
