YOUR IMPACT
In the role of Team Assistant, you will deliver dependable and detail-oriented administrative support to the Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, arranging travel, handling logistics, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and coordinate the Leadership Team’s calendars for both internal and external meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries including flights, trains, hotels, and transfers based on preferences and guidelines.
- Support logistics such as dinner reservations, appointments, and other work-related errands.
- Assist with expense tracking and reimbursement processing.
- Prepare documentation and reports as needed.
