We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to guide a team of highly skilled Executive Assistants in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the growth and development of each EA, as well as in establishing processes that empower them to effectively support executives across the organization. This role demands an operational leader with exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record in team management, ideally overseeing a group of 15 or more Executive Assistants.
Impact you will have:
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of 10+ Executive Assistants dedicated to GTM Executives (Sales, Field Engineering, and Marketing), ensuring high performance and professional advancement, while also providing direct support to 1–2 Executives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison among executives, EAs, and various departments to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Operational Management: Manage the daily functions of the GTM EA team, ensuring efficient organization of executives' schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the EA Manager and Corporate Operations leadership to align the EA team’s objectives with the company’s strategic goals and establish a framework that allows the team to operate as a Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Cross-Functional Team Building: Create a structure that enables the team to operate as a cohesive unit, supporting multiple departments throughout the organization.
