YOUR MISSION AT TREATWELL
At Treatwell, we are digitalizing the beauty sector, and you will lead the team that drives this change. As the Team Lead Field Sales (m/f/d), you will oversee and guide a dedicated regional field sales team (10 colleagues) focused on the German and Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland. Together, you will onboard new partner salons and propel our growth.
Acting as a coach, strategist, and leader, you will make a tangible impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE
- Meaningful Team Leadership: You will develop, coach, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Growth Management: You will take charge of expanding our venue base in your region.
- Process Optimization: You will contribute ideas, enhance structures, and drive regional sales strategies.
- Goal Orientation: You will analyze KPIs, set objectives, and support your team in reaching them.
- Responsibility: You will conduct feedback and development discussions, fostering individual strengths.
- Network Development: You will identify market potentials and collaboratively create acquisition strategies with your team.
- Close Collaboration: You will serve as the link between the field sales team (in German and Italian-speaking Switzerland) and the Head of Sales.
YOUR PROFILE - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You possess leadership experience in sales, ideally in field sales, viewing leadership as motivation, inspiration, and setting an example rather than micromanagement.
- SaaS sales is not just a buzzword for you; it’s part of your daily practice: from lead generation to pitching and closing, you navigate every phase with confidence and persuasiveness.
- Communication is your forte. You excel at engaging people, providing clear direction, and guiding your team towards sustainable success with empathy, structure, and energy.
- KPIs are your compass: You utilize them to guide your strategic decisions and team performance.
