Teleperformance Spain is excited to partner with Airbnb to spearhead its new Homes Supply initiative in the EMEA region, set to launch in 2026. This collaboration stands as a significant achievement for Teleperformance, aligning with a globally recognized brand and presenting a scalable, sales-oriented model with substantial long-term growth potential. The program is centered around:
● Host Acquisition: Engaging and onboarding new professional hosts across strategic EMEA markets through proactive outreach.
● Account Management: Enhancing existing host portfolios for improved listing quality, availability, and host retention.
● Supply Growth: Actively contributing to the expansion of inventory and revenue within the Airbnb ecosystem.
This initiative positions Teleperformance Barcelona as a premier hub for sales-driven programs in EMEA and offers abundant opportunities for professional growth.
In your role as Team Leader, you will oversee the commercial engine of one of Teleperformance’s most pivotal programs. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing the complete sales cycle across various EMEA markets.
- Driving outbound pipeline development and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.
- Leading high-quality consultative discussions with professional property managers.
- Working closely with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Building and scaling a high-performing, multilingual sales team from the foundation.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to enhance acquisition workflows and performance metrics.
