Operate in accordance with the HIC-monitor, with ample space to advance the team's development in recovery-oriented practices while minimizing coercion.
Leadership Program: Secure Base Leadership
As a team leader, you will partake in our leadership program grounded in Secure Base Leadership principles. This program enhances your leadership style, provides insights into team dynamics, and trains you to navigate complexity. It includes multiple modules each year focused on personal leadership, building trust, and standing strong in a dynamic environment.
Additionally, You Can Expect:
A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,883 to €5,140 based on a 36-hour workweek (CAO GGZ, FWG 55).
Reimbursement for commuting costs.
A full 13th month (8.33% of your gross annual salary) and an annual balance budget of €1,000.

This is Your Institution:
As the team leader in the High & Intensive Care (HIC) in Helmond, you will work in a constantly evolving department. The HIC is a place where individuals are admitted during acute psychiatric crises: short-term, intensive, and always focused on stability and safety. You will lead a nursing and therapeutic team of approximately 23 FTE who provide 24/7 care in complex and sometimes unpredictable situations. Given the recent changes over the past 1.5 years, there is a pressing need for someone to provide direction and exude calmness.
