This position ensures customer commitments are met, operational performance is optimized, and team skills are enhanced in a structured and demanding environment.
Your Role:
You will oversee the performance of your production area while managing a hands-on team, closely collaborating with scheduling and site operational teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organize production: set priorities, allocate resources, create schedules, and organize production lines,
- Monitor key performance indicators (SCQD, efficiency), analyze them, and initiate appropriate actions to enhance performance,
- Manage a team of up to 20 members (team size may vary with temporary staff),
- Engage teams daily with the support of team leaders,
- Foster versatility and support the skill development of team members,
- Be proactive in suggesting improvements, implementing actions, and assessing results within an autonomous framework,
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (optimizing workflows, organizational methods).
You Will Collaborate With:
- Site operational teams: quality, processes, methods, etc.
- Scheduling teams to adjust your planning and priorities,
- Your counterpart team leader to share production responsibilities.
