Your Responsibilities:
Lead a team, managing personnel and planning in either logistics or incoming goods
Ensure optimal utilization of your team members (up to 50 people) during your shift
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
Collaborate with customer service to resolve reorder issues and errors
Adjust and monitor delivery slot availability and utilization
Ensure compliance with work and safety regulations as well as delivery deadlines
Support employee development in collaboration with Area Managers
Your Qualifications:
Completed training in logistics, gastronomy, or retail, such as logistics specialist, retail salesperson, or equivalent relevant experience in a similar environment, e.g., production or operations
Leadership experience with teams of 30 or more individuals
Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday (5 days a week between 0 and 22 hours)
Strong communication skills, proactive approach, excellent organization, and stress resilience
Ability to work with KPIs and analyze data
Fluent English skills required
