As the leader of our service team in Berlin, you will ensure the operation of innovative traffic technology. Leverage your leadership skills along with your technical and business acumen to shape the future with us.
- You will take charge of the service center in Berlin, managing a team of 9 employees and overseeing personnel and budget responsibilities.
- Your role involves planning and coordinating all activities within the service area, including deployment planning, maintenance tasks, adherence to maintenance concepts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- You will assess technical failures and implement preventive measures to avoid future disruptions.
- Your responsibilities will also include leading projects for renovations and new constructions, as well as overseeing construction management and supervision.
- You will conduct qualified acceptance tests and measurements of traffic signal systems, parking guidance systems, and charging stations, ensuring customer satisfaction through personal interaction.
- In relation to the technologies you oversee, you will document service tasks, define and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service organization, and be responsible for quality assurance, efficiency improvements, and process optimization (KVP).
- You will lead and further develop the service team, ensuring technical expertise and collaborating with the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert to comply with legal regulations regarding health, fire, work safety, and environmental protection.
