WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Commercial Account Executives.
- Foster career development for Account Executives within the Box Sales organization.
- Engage directly in customer meetings, calls, and provide hands-on support to ensure successful deal closures.
- Deliver comprehensive reports on sales metrics and forecasts to senior management.
- Inspire and motivate your team to surpass goals through coaching and mentorship.
