Our Technical Account Management team is responsible for the advertising publisher partnerships at Roku. We oversee integration health from onboarding to ongoing operations, ensuring operational excellence, reliability, and measurable outcomes for our partners within the Roku ad ecosystem. Our work sits at the nexus of technology and business, translating operational and data analytics into actionable insights and strategic business cases.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven problem solver for the Technical Account Manager position. This role requires excellent communication skills to articulate business cases informed by operational and analytical data. You will manage the technical relationships with our advertising business’ publisher partners, ensuring operational excellence throughout the partnership lifecycle—from integration to full operation—while collaborating closely with teams in Publisher Partnerships, Business Development, Inventory, and Product.
