Technical Account Manager
Join our dynamic global Partner Success team as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) based in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary operational liaison for our key lending partners, overseeing technical projects from initial integration to successful launch, and ensuring ongoing optimization and change management.
Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in project management, thriving in environments where they can connect technical delivery with strong partner relationships. You will facilitate the integration of partners into our platform, manage product and offer updates, and guarantee a seamless and value-driven experience for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact and project lead for partners who are integrating with our services.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders by understanding their products, objectives, and growth plans.
- Collaborate with our commercial team during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic discussions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and automate partner-facing processes and reporting.
- Engage directly with partners to recommend improvements that enhance user experience and performance.
Integration Ownership & Delivery
- Lead the comprehensive technical integration of new lending partners from requirement scoping to live deployment.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partner integrations, ensuring their voice is represented internally while aligning with our platform's strategic goals.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to address complex integration issues or custom requests.
- Monitor integration performance and utilize data-driven insights to recommend enhancements.
Offer & Performance Management
- Oversee the management of partner offers, including product listing updates and eligibility criteria.
