- The Technical Account Manager at Toss Place is dedicated to optimizing payment system integrations tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of our clients, providing them with a sense of security and trust through technical issue resolution and expert consulting.
- You will analyze and validate technical issues that arise within our partner merchants and collaboratively discuss practical solutions with them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and coordinating necessary procedures step-by-step, ensuring smooth technical collaboration with partners to successfully implement payment integrations.
- Not only solving issues but also listening to client feedback to diagnose needs and enhance overall service in collaboration with the product team.
- Focusing on providing essential technical support and communication for merchant integration, streamlining decision-making processes to improve problem resolution effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in new technologies and a willingness to learn, actively adapting to the evolving tech landscape.
- Can communicate deeply with our clients’ developers, quickly analyze technical issues, and explain solutions in an easily understandable manner.
- Possesses the perseverance to see problems through to resolution, enjoying the collaborative process of problem-solving as a team.
- Has experience in flexibly applying various technologies in a business context to lead collaborations with clients as a technical partner.
- Is preferred to have experience with payment service providers such as VAN or simplified payment systems.
