About the Role
The Technical Account Manager serves as a vital technical team member, overseeing all facets of planning, architecture, coordination, and management within professional services engagements.
This role emphasizes the architecture and project management of availability solutions, including data protection and monitoring. The Technical Account Manager possesses expertise in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Continuity, Data Center Operations, Cloud Technologies, Operating Systems, Networking, Storage, and Virtualization.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of proposals and Statements of Work
- Support the implementation and delivery of consulting services aligned with Veeam Software solutions
- Provide comprehensive project guidance, including project plans, schedules, communication strategies, resource allocations, and progress updates
- Assist in assessing and designing solutions
- Help estimate implementation efforts for Veeam Software solutions
- Address post-installation challenges
- Develop white papers, solution guides, best practices, and customized documentation
- Conduct onsite knowledge transfers regarding Veeam Software solutions
- Support the sales of Professional Services
- Document configurations and performed activities
- Analyze existing environments and recommend optimal Veeam Software configurations
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and Veeam support
- Identify further needs within the client’s environment that can be resolved with Veeam Software solutions
- Provide suggestions for process and documentation improvements
- Travel overnight as required to achieve company objectives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
