Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated, tech-savvy Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver professional services to our clients, tailoring Connecteam's features to align with their unique processes. You will assist in integrating Connecteam with various platforms and facilitate the migration of data from other systems into Connecteam. Your collaboration with the Customer Success (CS) and Research & Development (R&D) teams will be essential in refining our services and ensuring that our customers experience seamless onboarding and operational efficiency.
