We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) to become a vital member of our expanding Customer Success Team. This role is essential in assisting our esteemed customers in achieving their strategic objectives and maximizing the value derived from their investment in the Armis Platform. You will be instrumental in aligning new use cases with the goals of the CISO, identifying growth opportunities, and informing clients about our latest innovations and capabilities that align with their business goals. The T.CSM will also facilitate the successful adoption and operationalization of the Armis platform, ensuring the realization of maximum value at all organizational levels, which requires hands-on technical delivery and configuration of the platform. Acting as the business liaison, the T.CSM will collaborate with various cross-functional teams within Armis, including Executive Leadership, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Training, and Enablement.
