We are seeking a Technical Design Architect / Technical Design Engineer to elevate our expanding Customer Care team. This senior individual contributor role operates at the intersection of design, frontend technology, and customer consulting, playing a crucial role in enhancing customer adoption, product usage, and sustained success.
You will bring extensive expertise in UI/UX, frontend development, and SaaS consulting, passionately translating customer needs into scalable, high-quality platform solutions. Your customer-centric approach will help maximize the value of Staffbase—visually, technically, and strategically.
This role supports customers Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CET.
