Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:Chartered Engineer or Architect (or equivalent professional qualification).Substantial experience in data centre design and/or project management.Demonstrated ability in leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex data centre initiatives.Comprehensive understanding of permitting processes, building systems, regulations, and construction methodologies.Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.Willingness to travel as required.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer or Accredited Tier Professional.Familiarity with Revit and digital design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Security, Fire Protection, ICT, BMS/EPMS) across UK&I and Europe.
Oversee all project phases from site due diligence to campus planning, and from conceptual design to construction documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of design outputs that meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Identify and address project risks proactively, offering innovative solutions.
Collaborate with Sector and Commercial teams on governance and compliance, ensuring risk mitigation.
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key clients while interfacing with Client CAM.
Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality results.
Work closely with design and local delivery teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and requirements.
