Position Overview
In the role of Technical Director, you will spearhead the engineering efforts for our mobile-first, free-to-play live service game. This position merges hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring that your team delivers outstanding gaming experiences that resonate with players while creating sustainable, scalable systems.
Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for all engineering aspects of your game, including architecture, code quality standards, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will establish the technical vision, promote a culture of engineering excellence, and act as the bridge between your engineering team and the larger studio.
Success in this role entails successfully launching and maintaining a commercially viable game with a robust technical foundation for long-term live operations while nurturing a high-performing engineering team that exemplifies autonomy, speed, and craftsmanship.
