Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a dynamic team of developers, offering technical expertise, constructive feedback, and support to enhance collaboration and growth.
- Develop and sustain a strategic technical roadmap that aligns with product aspirations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Manage product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases and effective sprint management.
- Review and endorse code and architecture, guaranteeing compliance with coding standards, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Spot opportunities for technical innovation and recommend the adoption of new tools, frameworks, or methodologies to elevate product excellence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, QA, and Design—to provide feature-rich, reliable solutions.
