ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) team at Anduril specializes in developing small aerial drones (Group 1-3) along with the essential equipment for their testing, deployment, and operation. This team transforms concepts into operational systems, including products like Ghost, Anvil, Altius, and Bolt. We collaborate closely with specialized teams to address complex challenges faced by our clients. We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Engineer for the Ghost program, where you will apply your operational and technical knowledge to implement solutions that maximize effectiveness and reliability. Your responsibilities will include establishing forward-deployed operations in challenging environments, ensuring successful operational use of Anduril products, and contributing to their long-term sustainment. Additionally, you will play a vital role in customer demonstrations, training sessions, and test events closer to home.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a valued member of the Technical Operations team for TRS, you will serve a crucial function in linking product engineering with field operations. Your work will involve unmanned aerial vehicle development initiatives, utilizing your technical and operational skills to deliver dependable solutions in remote and demanding environments. The Technical Operations team also significantly influences the field sustainment of these products through various test evaluations, customer demonstrations, and deployments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support military operations by performing flight operations, conducting field maintenance, and providing customer support and training.
- Address and resolve intricate issues related to hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments.
- Keep internal and customer teams updated on the status of field issues.
