About the Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Program Manager who will spearhead technical initiatives to guarantee successful product outcomes from inception to launch. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, spanning design engineering, manufacturing, operations, and external industry partners, ensuring that all products are developed and delivered punctually and meet the highest quality standards.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office weekly. We also provide relocation assistance for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive technical initiatives to ensure product success from conception through launch.
Lead the technical program management of next-generation AI hardware system development, collaborating with various stakeholders including design engineers, manufacturing teams, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Establish and refine the New Product Introduction (NPI) development process, defining clear milestones and deliverables while driving internal improvements across multiple teams and functions.
Provide hands-on program management throughout all phases: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation.
Oversee overall program success encompassing the complete development lifecycle of hardware products, including chips, packaging, boards, modules, racks, cables, and subsystems, ensuring successful deployment into infrastructure and support for production workloads at scale.
Develop and manage program requirements, scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
