Join our innovative Vehicle System Integration team, responsible for crafting the system designs and electrical architectures that ensure unparalleled reliability for our autonomous fleet. In the role of Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be pivotal in creating actionable E/E system design roadmaps utilizing configuration management tools. Your expertise will guide the identification of execution workloads, synchronize timelines with cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively address any technical roadblocks related to timing, resources, or missing inputs.
As a key player in this cross-functional environment, you will engage with Firmware, Hardware, Product, and Mission Planning teams to guarantee timely and specification-compliant delivery of integrated systems. A critical aspect of your role will be to share lessons learned across various teams, fostering efficiency in future development phases.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the timing plan and delivery for Vehicle System Integration and Electrical Architecture, ensuring alignment across hardware requirements and software/firmware stakeholder needs.
- Translating corporate milestones into detailed E/E product roadmaps, technical timelines, and actionable deliverables.
- Collaborating closely with technical leads, component owners, and other program managers to ensure alignment of E/E system design with component development plans and V&V (Verification and Validation) activities.
- Maintaining essential electrical system design documents and communication channels to clarify delivery requirements for all team members.
- Identifying and escalating delivery risks, partnering with the PMO, Safety, and Manufacturing teams to ensure accountability and goal achievement.
- Facilitating both technical and non-technical discussions to align team perspectives and support the development of options matrices for informed decision-making.
- Communicating program status, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders through concise reports and presentations.
- Establishing a structured business and meeting cadence to maintain focus on critical topics and promote continuous improvement of development processes and sharing of 'Lessons Learned'.
