As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with research leaders to translate complex scientific objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, facilitating the transition from innovative research to impactful real-world applications.
The Role
In this dynamic position, you will spearhead high-impact programs characterized by significant technical complexity and diverse cross-functional dependencies. Your deep technical expertise will enable you to assess engineering scopes, influence critical technical decisions, and streamline the delivery of research advancements. This multidisciplinary role engages with cutting-edge AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and large-scale evaluation frameworks, as well as strategies for the safe and effective societal integration of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with AI Research leads to co-create long-term strategies, technical objectives, and metrics for initiatives that redefine generative AI.
- Technical Due Diligence: Assess engineering scopes, set milestones, and influence the technical trajectory of projects.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Cultivate and lead effective partnerships across various disciplines, including modeling, infrastructure, and evaluation, ensuring alignment on shared goals.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement robust mechanisms to monitor program performance, foresee technical risks, and manage interdependencies across research workstreams.
- Continuous Innovation: Identify and enact opportunities for ongoing improvement and innovation in the AI research landscape.
