WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Technical Property Manager (Facility Manager), you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across our diverse site portfolio. Your mission will involve delivering top-notch facility management services that align with our established standards. Through effective planning, budgeting, and analysis of facility data, you will drive proactive maintenance efforts and uphold the lifecycle performance of our assets. Collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will provide reliable, service-oriented solutions that support all brands and functions.
You will:
- Oversee and manage facility investments within your multi-brand store portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and asset longevity.
- Engage with external partners to maintain compliance with contracts and uphold quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze cost performance, comparing actual expenses against budgets, delivering regular forecasts, and implementing cost-effective strategies.
- Serve as a dedicated support provider to internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality responses while adhering to health and safety regulations.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a vital member of the Construction & Facilities team, you will collaborate closely with the local Sales Market C&F Manager and other C&F Specialists to execute the market facility strategy and translate it into actionable tasks. Your work with cross-functional teams, including Expansion departments and Sales and Operations, will help you understand business requirements and develop effective facility plans, ultimately contributing to our growth and operational success. You will report directly to the local C&F Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
We are in search of individuals who possess...
- A completed vocational training in construction or technical fields, or a degree in Facility Management or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in facility management.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience managing external suppliers and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both English and German, spoken and written.
