Your Role
Lead the complete recruitment process for technical positions (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure), ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers alike.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers as a trusted partner to define role specifications, create engaging job profiles, and establish hiring priorities and timelines.
Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent.
Actively identify and engage top technical candidates, successfully closing offers in a competitive landscape.
Oversee and continually enhance the interview process, promoting efficiency, consistency, and fair hiring practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report on critical recruitment metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) to provide insightful updates to hiring managers and Sierra leadership.
What You Bring
A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for technical roles, with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
