About the Role:
As a Technical Recruiter focusing on IT roles, your mission will be to identify, evaluate, and attract top talent to fulfill our technical staffing needs. You will be instrumental in cultivating a dynamic team of IT professionals, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancement.
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to discover and engage potential candidates.
- Actively connect with passive candidates to build a pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling job postings that accurately represent the roles available within Teamified.
Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and fit within our culture.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to gain insights into the specific technical requirements of each position.
- Utilize relevant assessment tools to gauge candidates' proficiency in programming languages, systems, and other IT-related competencies.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies for IT positions while staying informed of industry trends and best practices.
- Work in tandem with hiring managers and department heads to align on long-term goals and skill needs of the organization.
Relationship Building:
- Foster robust relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Network with industry professionals, attend conferences, and engage in relevant events to broaden the talent pool and enhance the company's employer brand.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand team dynamics, project requirements, and the specific technical skills needed.
- Provide regular updates to the hiring teams on the recruitment process.
