Overview
As a valuable member of the Technical Office Engineering (TOE) team, you will play a pivotal role in the production environment, contributing to the manufacturing and testing of the inaugural Scout vehicles, showcasing innovative design and functionality. You will also be crucial in applying lessons learned to enhance product optimization for subsequent pre-series and series production. You will report directly to the Manager of the Engineering Office.
What You’ll Do
Become an integral part of the brand poised to transform the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market by:
- Contributing to our vision of engineering excellence and serving as a knowledge source.
- Individually driving the design and development of chassis and drive system integration for Scout's all-electric pick-up trucks and rugged SUVs.
- Collaborating to design a drive system packaging and testing strategy that engages other teams in their implementation needs.
- Partnering with concept and systems architect teams to devise solutions to engineering challenges.
