Location: This is a hybrid role based in San José, Costa Rica, requiring in-office attendance for at least 2 days a week.
The Technical Support Team lies at the core of our commitment to ensuring that clients effectively utilize Armis products. Our mission is to assist customers in solving complex technical security challenges efficiently. The team collaborates closely with Operations, R&D, Solution Architects, Product, and Customer Success teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, deployment, and ongoing support for our clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide second-level support primarily for our U.S.-based customers. Collaborating with your colleagues in the U.S., you will act as a knowledge resource for our growing customer base, resolving their most pressing technical concerns. Your creativity and innovative approach will enhance customer satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
In your daily responsibilities, you will take ownership of customer cases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our clients maximize the value of our products. You will also engage in projects alongside other teams to create impactful solutions.
