Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top engineering talent within the US automation and manufacturing sectors.
- Establish and nurture long-term candidate networks in mechanical and electrical engineering fields.
- Manage multiple live vacancies efficiently.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and shortlisting.
- Ensure accurate CRM records and timely reporting.
- Coordinate interview processes across various time zones.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Engage confidently in senior salary markets ($135k–$150k+).
Qualifications and Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically within engineering.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates from manufacturing, industrial automation, or mechanical/electrical engineering backgrounds.
- Essential experience recruiting within the US market.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to align work hours with US East Coast times.
- Proven capability to manage high volumes of applications without sacrificing quality.
- Professional, resilient, and self-directed.
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop are required.
