We specialize in creating and delivering technical training tailored for implementation professionals working with the Avaloq Banking System. Most courses are part of our certification and accreditation program, focusing on customization through Avaloq’s proprietary customization interfaces as well as external technologies.

As an Avaloq trainer, you will:
- Facilitate training sessions both online and occasionally in a physical classroom setting.
- Provide training to local and international employees, consultants, software engineers, and partners within the Avaloq Community.
- Acquire skills to utilize and customize the Avaloq Banking System (ABS) - Avaloq’s proprietary core banking software.
- Proactively engage with resources and collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts to enhance your knowledge in new technical domains.
- Develop training materials such as video scripts, PowerPoint presentations, practical exercises, and teaching manuals.
- Collaborate with the Academy’s multimedia design team to transform your training concepts into engaging video content.
- Work closely with technical writers to continually enhance the documentation that supports your training materials.
- Support and collaborate with your fellow trainers and subject matter experts across all locations.
- Be available to deliver online training across various time zones to accommodate course demand.
