Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Trainer (m/w/d), you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering technical product and system training, both internally and for our clients. You will develop modern training formats, create professional training materials, and support our team with your extensive technical expertise.
- Planning, organizing, and conducting technical product and system training (in-person, online, E-Learning/Self-Learning)
- Developing, creating, and continuously updating training content, materials, and concepts
- Conducting technical training for internal employees as well as clients and partners
- Providing technical advice and support across the entire product portfolio
- Collaborating closely with Development, Production, Sales, After-Sales, and Service departments
- Assisting in the creation of digital learning content (graphics, videos, documentation)
