At HyperHeat, we are pioneering the development of electric high-temperature heating systems designed to replace fossil burners in some of the most demanding industrial processes. Our solutions play a crucial role in transforming an industry responsible for approximately 20% of global CO₂ emissions. We are at a pivotal stage where we are working to bring advanced technology to life under real industrial conditions and economic frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of prototypes and testing systems.
- Assemble and install prototypes in the workshop or on-site at customer locations.
- Conduct tests and meticulously document the results.
- Support planning and setup of new testing systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to evaluate technical solutions and enhance manufacturability and assembly.
- Optional: Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Alternatively: Completed training or qualification as a technician, tool mechanic, metalworker, or in a comparable technical profession.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing, and assembly.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., Inventor or similar) is advantageous.
- Fluency in German (C2 level).
- Driver's license class B.
- Independent and structured working style with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-temperature systems or furnace construction.
- Experience with experimental setups or in special machine construction.
