We are seeking a proactive and communicative individual to join our sales team as a Tele Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new potential clients through cold calling, referrals from existing clients, online outreach and research, as well as selling through social and professional networks.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential clients within the assigned sales area through cold calls, referrals from existing clients, online research, and sales through social/professional networks.
- Understanding products and services that best meet client needs.
- Collaborating with the sales team to prepare target lists and report on achievements.
- Maximizing sales potential to achieve set targets.
- Monitoring feedback from new clients to assess satisfaction with the Group's products and services.
- Maintaining necessary sales records and storing other relevant data in software tools.
- Being accountable for achieving agreed sales goals.
- Expanding and updating the database by entering additional company data to enable better segmentation and sales access.
- Adhering to relevant rules and procedures aimed at ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Company, Group, and external regulators.
