Structured Initial Contact: Initiating communication with pre-qualified leads using a clear conversation guideline and accurately documenting the outcomes.
Reliable Appointment Scheduling: Organizing meetings between prospective clients and our strategy team in a clear, binding, and timely manner.
Documentation & Handover: Detailed recording of conversation histories and systematic handover of qualified contacts to the sales team.
Communication Maintenance: Ensuring that no information is lost through meticulous work in the CRM system and regular contact with interested parties.
Support in Daily Operations: Relieving the sales team by ensuring order and reliability in the lead process.
