Join our dynamic team as a Telemarketing Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in inviting guests to experience a personal preview of our exquisite onsite sales gallery. Your mission will be to promote an enticing discounted holiday discovery package to prospective clients.
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will embody the values of Anantara, representing the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and diligence. Every guest invited for the holiday preview will engage in a 90-minute sales presentation highlighting the numerous advantages of shared ownership with Anantara Vacation Club. It's your responsibility to ensure guests clearly comprehend the offer and are qualified to participate in the presentation.
• Reach out to potential guests via telephone to promote and sell discounted holiday packages.
• Achieve a minimum of 20 outbound calls per hour to maximize efficiency and meet company guidelines.
• Utilize a scripted presentation to communicate effectively with potential guests, aiming to secure as many preview presentations as possible.
• Employ empathetic listening and problem-solving skills to address objections and encourage guests to attend the preview.
• Reinforce the benefits of the Holiday Discovery Package, emphasizing its fun and rewarding aspects to support guests' purchasing decisions.
• Ensure that all guests meet the necessary qualifications for participation in each offered package and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage company-assigned leads adeptly to optimize conversion rates to preview presentations.
• Complete clerical tasks and any reasonable duties assigned by the Telemarketing Manager/Supervisor.
