Key Responsibilities:
- As a Telephone Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for AJ Bell and Investcentre customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our renowned product offerings.
- You will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and utilize a secure messaging platform, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and our internal policies.
- This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service by efficiently managing a diverse range of queries in a professional manner.
- Experience a stimulating work environment in our fast-paced client services department, with ongoing support designed to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Five GCSEs grades A*-C (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Proven excellent customer service abilities.
- Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated patience and empathy towards customers requiring additional assistance.
- Previous experience in a call or contact center is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exposure to financial services is a plus but not essential.
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, on a rotational basis from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 9 pm, including one in three Saturdays and bank holidays when the American market is operational.
